Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Shunbox application (the "Service") operated by the Shunbox Team ("us," "we," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Shunbox is an AI-powered inbox productivity tool that automates email triage and organization. The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook), to categorize unread messages and provide response insights.
3. AI Accuracy and User Responsibility
Accuracy of AI: You acknowledge that Shunbox uses artificial intelligence to categorize emails and generate drafted replies. AI models are not infallible and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased content.
User Oversight: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated response insights or drafted replies before sending them to third parties. We are not liable for any communication sent based on AI-generated suggestions.
4. Subscription and Payments
Premium Tier: We offer a Premium subscription tier that provides unlimited categories and deep-dive AI insights. By subscribing to the Premium tier, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees associated with the Service.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Use of Third-Party Services
The Service depends on access to your third-party email accounts via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party credentials. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party provider's service availability or security practices.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Shunbox Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
